Breakfast makes or …
Breakfast makes or breaks the day. Big breakfast, high protein makes the day much better. Best of luck to you, I know what it’s like. The no oatmeal I don’t get; I cook thick, slow cooked oatmeal, add butter, almonds and a few blueberries. Never had the sugar drop from that.

You’ll be fit for …
You’ll be fit for the day, if you eat high protein meals for breakfast & lunch, and don’t drink sugary drinks (you can dilute naturally sweet juices with H2o). Cereal in the morning alone just won’t cut it! The only thing that works for me are eggs or a cheese &/or cold-cut sandwich. If you forget, your body will remind you. Be well!

What that guy told you sounds right. It works for me. A big, protein breakfast, lunch and then a carb meal in the evening works for me.

Apples are fine for me, though. They’re good for blood sugar. One of the best fruits.

I had the woozy/lightheaded feeling this morning, and it was so bad I actually sent someone to get me a One Touch and some strips. I only had to deal with it for a few hours, and since I ate it has gotten better. I think mine may have been so long betewen meals (overnight). I will watch it, and then donate the one touch to someone who needs it. I live near an elderly housing building. Someone could use it.
