28 weeks pregnant i have a question about pregnancy pillow?

I am 28 Weeks Pregnant and have a lot of hip pain and a lot of pain in my private area.I was thinking about getting a pregnancy pillow I wanted to know have anyone ever had one and does it help
i got one at 26 weeks and it changed my life .. after all sleepless uncomfortable night I started to sleep like a baby. and I move it with me where ever I go. you should get it if you can afford it .. its a big help
I got one at Motherhood Maternity-and i loved it!!! it was great and helped alot=) its worth the money!!
