im 28 weeks pregnant and when i walk a certain way i get a really sharp pain on the left side of my stomach and it leads to my upper thigh..this never happend to me before..ive felt the baby move all day im just curious what these pains could be.

sounds like sciatica…I am SO sorry. Nothing you can do unless the baby moves off the nerve.

The baby is probably against a nerve.

Probably a small bit of sciatica. You’ll get used to it by the time labor comes. I did.

The baby could be pushing on your spine. And the round ligament can also cause pain on your side from your uterus growing.

I know no fun. It could be your ligaments stretching and at times gets real sore. Try and find a position that helps alleviate the pain. In both of my pregnancies the baby was sitting on my sciatica nerve and it feels like a sharp hot pain down your lower back to your legs.
Good luck
